Park is nice, but the owner is way out there. Good luck to anyone that she doesn't like because she will nit pick every little thing you do. God forbid don't leave your trash bag outside your door for more than an hour or she will come knocking on your door. The company my husband works for just moved 11 trailers that have been there for over a year working out of her park, because she calls the office complaining every other week about little things until they just got tired of it. And by the way park showers out of order most of the time, and the dryers in laundry room takes 3 dollars to dry one load of clothes and she does not keep the main tank up on them. So good luck everyone.
Stopped here Sunday pm late. Staff very helpful as it was 8pm. Answered the phone and got my space. Would return for sure. No issues everything worked.
Camped there for a Baseball Tournament in Franklin. 3 families, 3 trailers, lots of kids. We had a great time, Mrs. Trammel is very nice and welcoming. Good little store, full hook ups, you will need a long sewage hose.
